Come and join in and be a part of You Are The Media Lunch Club, in Poole.
Our format is simple. A theme, no tech, good food and spending time with great people.
We’ve been figuring out live events since 2016. Business events can be something different, something memorable. Think of it as a production.
Plus we have a head to head challenge for every event. The challenge for February is the quickest time to eat a Chocolate Orange. The World Record is 57 seconds. We can beat that, right?
Here is our head to head duel from September. The most cotton balls scooped into a bowl, blindfolded.
What Is The February Theme?
In a Nudge Podcast episode the secret to happiness, comes down to lasting relationships (listen here).
The rapport you have with people brings them closer to you.
People buy from you not because you step up as a stranger, but because there is some form of connection.
Maybe you adopt a relationship approach in your work?
🎁 You’re constant in someone else’s calendar (and they know it)
🎁 You connect to build a rapport, not immediate conversion
🎁 You facilitate connections between other people
🎁 You keep on giving value and value your relationships
You can be commercial while taking care of your audience. It all begins with having something meaningful and relatable to share—focusing less on what they can do for you and more on how you can genuinely connect with them.
Building trust and valuing these relationships from day one gives them real, lasting value. Over time, these genuine connections become your most valuable asset.
We’re going to delve deeper into relationships and what it means to build something lasting where there is that sense of connection and how we can maintain it in our work.
This event is with a panel so we get to hear a variety of perspectives so we can take new ideas away.
Your host for this YATM Lunch Club session will be Katie Caiger.
